Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

When requesting a refund, you are explicitly stating that you have uninstalled/removed all copies of our software from your possession; and that you have not transferred our software to any third parties.

Refunds

Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If an item is approved for refund, the item will be refunded at the price paid when purchased, not at the currently listed price.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your payment processing company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Sale items will be refunded at their original purchase price, not the currently listed price.

Exchanges

We have one product and therefore there are no exchanges available.
